Migraine Mini - Anyway Here's Wonderwall
So this title is a joke title, based on an inside joke among gig musicians. My sweet cinnamon roll Jordan Thornquest dropped this joke during a solo set at our fav coffee shop once, after a lengthy lead-in about how there was this inside joke among musicians…. so anyway here’s Wonderwall.
When people ask how I’m doing, I always feel like I give these protracted explanations of various symptoms and latest appointments, when really what people want is a quick, “yeah, I'm good.”
Also one time I belted this song at the tops of my lungs in downtown Boise for no reason other than it was stuck in my head and I didn’t have a headache, so anyway, here’s Wonderwall.

This series is as much about the issues of drug prices as it is about my life with migraine disease. My maintenance medication has a sticker price of $1200 per month. Why do they cost so much? I assume they are made of gold… so I crafted these little golden pills. So each of 30 completed works of art costs as much as one day of my migraine meds: $40
