Guest Spotlight: Jaci Rasmussen

Jaci Rasmussen is a pianist, educator and arts advocate. She has performed across the United States in numerous solo recitals, master classes and festivals, studying with renowned pianists from across the globe. A passionate collaborator, she is currently co-creating the piano suite project "Able" with composer Elijah Culp, which interrogates the relationship between notions of disability, ability, and virtuosity, reimagining a more inclusive notion of each concept. As an artist living with lupus (Systemic Lupus Erythematosus), through this project she navigates these concepts in the lens of her own journey with this chronic illness.
