Licensing

Every artwork created by Elle & Wink is protected by copyright. We offer a continuum of licensing options for our digital artwork available here and on Etsy. We can negotiate terms for licensing original fine art upon request.

  • For personal creativity.

    You may:

    • Use the artwork for unlimited personal projects.

    • Print the artwork for your own use.

    • Create handmade gifts for family and friends.

    • Use the artwork for classroom activities, educational resources, and other non-commercial teaching purposes.

    • Resize the artwork as needed for your personal or educational project.

    You may not:

    • Sell products made with the artwork.

  • For small businesses and indie makers.

    You may:

    • Create and sell up to 500 Finished Products using the licensed Artwork. Finished Products may be handmade or professionally manufactured, including through a print-on-demand service.

    • Resize the Artwork as needed to fit your products.

    • Use the Artwork for your business marketing when promoting products created under this license.

    You may not:

    • Sell, share, or redistribute the digital Artwork.

    • Include the Artwork in another digital product or design resource.

  • For growing businesses and expanded production.

    • Create and sell up to 10,000 Finished Products using the licensed Artwork.

    • Use the Artwork on handmade or professionally manufactured Finished Products, including print-on-demand products.

    • Resize or adapt the Artwork as needed to fit your products, provided the Artwork remains recognizable and is not transformed into a new standalone design.

    • Use the Artwork in your business marketing to promote products created under this license.

    • Sell your Finished Products through your own website, online marketplaces, retail locations, and in-person events.

    You may not:

    • Sell, share, or redistribute the Digital Files.

    • Include the Artwork in another digital product, template, or design resource.

  • For commercial partnerships and enterprise licensing.

    Brand Licenses may include:

    • Higher or unlimited production limits.

    • Exclusive or non-exclusive licensing options.

    • Industry-specific licensing.

    • Product category restrictions or exclusivity.

    • Geographic licensing.

    • Time-limited licensing agreements.

    • Custom usage rights based on your project.
